Late Post Weekday Recipe.

Sorry for the late post of the recipe. Blame it on too much procrastination and sleepiness on my part as I try to make the most of my time throughout the day. 

Late Post Weekdays menu. Guisadong Toge (Sauteed Mung Bean Sprouts)

Now going back to the recipe, this is definitely the easiest recipe to cook at times when you are running out of ingredients in your kitchen as with just a few cooking minutes you can taste the fruit of your labor. All you have to do is to be innovative with what is available in your kitchen. Like how they say, making the most with what you have is a virtue. There you go!

Ingredients for Guisadong Toge (Sauteed Mung Bean Sprouts)

* 1 teaspoon of cooking oil
* cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 medium onion, sliced
* 1 tomatoes, diced
* 1 medium size kalabasa (squash), chopped
* 1 medium size sayote (chayote), chopped
* 1 medium size baguio beans (flat green beans) chopped 
* 1/2 kilo Toge ( sprouted beans)
* 1/4 kilo chicken or pork, cut into small pieces
*soy sauce
* salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a pan, preheat a 1 teaspoon of cooking oil then add the garlic, onion and tomatoes and sauteed it all together. Now, when the garlic is a little brown and the smell is quite good. You can also sauteed the meat either chicken or pork that is cut into small pieces until it is mixed together. Then add the vegetables that is available in the kitchen and then the toge (sprouted mung beans) Let it simmer for awhile until the vegetables becomes tender. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
